2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
Prepaid Appointments: If a patient cancels a prepaid appointment at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund or credit may be issued.
Double Payments: If a patient accidentally makes a double payment, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
Service Cancellation by Clinic: If we are unable to provide a service due to unforeseen circumstances or staff unavailability, a full refund will be offered.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Missed Appointments without prior notice.
Partially Completed Treatments: Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been initiated (e.g., started root canals, implants).
Dissatisfaction with Results: Results may vary based on individual medical conditions and patient compliance. Dissatisfaction alone is not grounds for a refund.
Packages or Promotional Offers: These are non-refundable once partially used.
